Connecting Your Calendar
Connecting your Google Calendar to HubSpot ensures that all meetings booked through SDR links, SQL handoffs, and inbound scheduling automatically sync to your calendar and log in HubSpot. This saves time, prevents missed meetings, and ensures accurate reporting.
1. Benefits of Connecting

Automatic meeting sync: Bookings appear on both your Google Calendar and in HubSpot.

Deal creation & tracking: SQL handoff meetings trigger deals automatically.

No double entry: Stop copying meeting info between tools.

Better handoffs: SDRs and CS can see when you’re available.
2. How to Link Your Calendar?

Step 1: Navigate to HubSpot Settings

Log in to HubSpot.

In the top-right corner, click your profile picture > Settings.

Step 2: Connect Google Calendar

In the left sidebar, go to General > Calendar.

Click Connect Calendar.

Choose Google / Gmail.
-
A Google pop-up will appear → select the Google account tied to your AE email.

Click Allow to grant HubSpot permission to:

Access your Google Calendar

Sync meeting events between HubSpot and Gmail

Step 3: Confirm Settings

Make sure the toggle for “Sync meetings from Google Calendar to HubSpot” is ON.

If you manage multiple calendars, select your primary AE calendar (usually the one with your @varsitytutors.com Gmail).

🔁 Already connected another account? Disconnect first, then reconnect with your VT4S Gmail.
❌ Meetings not showing in HubSpot? Confirm the correct calendar is selected in your HubSpot settings.
