Step 1: Know Our Data Provider

• Purpose: Supplies contact data for schools and districts nationwide.

• Coverage: Only includes specific job titles within three paid segments (District, Building, and Assistant/Vice Principal).

Why a Contact Might Be Missing in HubSpot

If you can’t find someone in HubSpot, check the following:

• Their job title is not listed above → Agile doesn’t provide it.

• The contact is from a school or district outside Agile coverage.

• The record is pending sync or filtered out for quality.

If the title isn’t one of the listed ones, that contact won’t exist in HubSpot unless added manually by Marketing Ops or Sales Ops.

Troubleshooting

• Issue 1: “I can’t find a contact in HubSpot.”

  • What you see: Contact or title not appearing in search.

  • Fix: Check the job title against the segments above. If not listed, Agile doesn’t provide it.

  • Ask in: #vt4s-sales on Slack.

• Issue 2: “A district contact seems missing even though I know they exist.”

  • What you see: The school/district exists, but no leadership contact.

  • Fix: Verify if the missing person’s title (e.g., “Coordinator of Transportation”) is outside paid coverage.

  • Escalate to: #vt4s-sales  on Slack for potential data enrichment requests.

• Issue 3: “Can we add new job titles to Agile?”

  • What you see: You want to target a new role.
